It is located in Puerto Madero, which is the newest and most expensive neighbourhood in the city.
It was designed by Philippe Starck along with Alan Faena.
It has an unbelievable swimming pool and bar, where you can rest and pretend you are not in the city anymore.
And it has a Cabaret.
Ah! The Cabaret...dark, sexy, intimate, red...so 1930's, so good! The perfect spot for a tango show that is, for many many reasons, as perfect as the place itself.
Is the Faena far away from the downtown?
ReplyDeleteWe are thinking staying there, but not if is far away.Any information will help. Thank you
Davide, the hotel is only a 15 minutes taxi ride from downtown Buenos Aires, which is the only way to go. It is too far to walk. But it is so nice and quiet there that I am sure you will not care, and if you go in spring or summer the outdoor pool is a big plus.
ReplyDeleteI have been there, it's amazing. I love Buenos Aires!!! and the Faena is fab!!!
